HELIOT STEAK HOUSE SERVES UP NEW SUMMER MENU

London’s award-winning steak restaurant*, Heliot Steak House, has launched a new summer menu, spotlighting fresh, flavoursome dishes, as well as the venue’s signature USDA prime steaks.

Created by Ioannis Grammenos, Executive Chef of Heliot Steak House and the world’s first Meatologist™, get set to choose from a selection of starters ranging from hand-picked white crab with ginger, mango and lime avocado to grilled octopus with tarama and port glaze and the heirloom tomato salad with cucumber and grilled feta cheese. Summery mains include grilled swordfish with fresh tomato salsa, coriander and lime sauce to a whole fresh lobster and a vegetable tart with spring vegetables and rainbow carrots – perfect for vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians alike.

Meat-lovers can be transported around the globe with a selection of the finest steaks sourced from specialist suppliers and farms chosen by Ioannis himself, including an Argentinian rib eye, unique Spanish fillet on the bone, a Hereford chateaubriand, Irish Wexford Tomahawk and the incredible 40 days dry aged T bone, rib on the bone and sirloin on the bone from the kitchen’s special dry ageing rooms.

For the perfect wine pairing to complement your meal, Head of Wine at The Hippodrome and Heliot Steak House General Manager Salvo Russo has worked closely with Ioannis to deliver the ultimate range of fruity and bold wines by the glass or bottle.

Round off the meal with special creations such as Ioannis’ ‘gram-worthy chocolate tree, with chocolate cinnamon ganache, white chocolate orange & rum, milk chocolate truffle, dark chocolate cookies and strawberry chocolate all served on a real, tabletop tree to ‘The Heliot Steak House Secret’ – a summery and exotic surprise. Alternatively, opt for a dessert cocktail such as the mocha martini with baileys, coffee liquor, cocoa, espresso. Located in the heart of Leicester Square, the iconic Hippodrome building is the perfect spot to head to no matter what the occasion, whether it be after a day of shopping or post work drinks.
