TWO-MICHELIN STARRED AQUAVIT NEW YORK COMES TO LONDON

For one night only on Friday 8th July, Emma Bengtsson, Executive Chef at the two-Michelin-starred Nordic restaurant Aquavit New York, will cook up a seven-course storm with Jonas Karlsson, Head Chef at Aquavit London in St James’s Market. Celebrating the very best of Scandinavian cuisine, this unique menu will showcase the freshest local ingredients and honour traditional cooking methods championed by both chefs – expect delicious plates stunning presentation and plenty of pickling, poaching and preserving!

The first Swedish female chef to win two Michelin stars and praised for her inspiring interpretations of classic Scandinavian savoury dishes and desserts, Emma Bengtsson has garnered critical acclaim throughout her rise from Pastry Chef to Executive Chef at Aquavit New York. Now, she is landing in London to join forces with Jonas Karlsson on a limited-edition menu that will transport guests’ tastebuds on a journey through Scandinavia.

Lightly cured salmon, split peas & lemon emulsion tartlet (London)

Seeded cracker, smoked vegan cheese, apple, kohlrabi & chives (NY)

The seven-course menu is available at £110 per person on 8th July only. Diners can also enjoy a drinks pairing package to perfectly complement each course on the evening at extra cost.
