Fundación Ibercaja and Directivas de Aragón, in collaboration with CEOE Aragón and the Instituto de Empresa, organize the LiderA Program.
Within the program, presented at Campus Ibercaja, two training itineraries will be taught “LiderA Directivas”, which will take place from October 20 to November 17, and “LiderA Consejeras”, which will be offered from November 24 to December 1, with in order to enhance the capabilities of professionals to successfully face challenges and become transformative leaders.
The LiderA Program thus seeks to manage the potential and managerial performance of women, launch policies that help positive diversity, sensitize the organization to its contribution of value and promote initiatives with which they can renew their illusion and provide more added value
The LiderA Directorates and LiderA Counselors programs, which will be carried out in face-to-face format, offer a cooperative, experiential, dynamic and emotional learning methodology that combines academic sessions with mentoring.
In addition, there will be the participation of professional women managers from different sectors, who will share experiences of how they have managed their careers and the opportunities and challenges they see at the present time in this economic environment and with the opportunities that are opening the way.
The training was presented at an event in which the head of the Ibercaja Foundation’s Professional Development Area, Mayte Santos; the president of the Aragón Board of Directors, Ana Solana, and the CEOE Aragón CEO, Jesús Arnau, and the director of the Ibercaja Campus, Ana María Farré.
The main focus of the day was the round table “Learning to undertake in women”, in which Teresa Martín, president of IE Executive Education; Reyes Calderón, independent director, Abside and director, Grupo OHL; MaríaTeresa Fernández, Director of Business Banking at Ibercaja and Teresa Azcona, Vice President of Spain Film Commission.
