London-born chef and Instagram-anointed ‘King of the foodie pop-up movement’, Whyte Rushen, previously of Brat, Scully St James and Kerridge’s, is heading to Burger & Lobster Bread Street this May for an exclusive one-night-only event, not to be missed…
Bringing his culinary creativity and avant-garde charm to Burger & Lobster’s stoves on Sunday 15th May, Whyte will be serving up an epic four-course menu which shines the spotlight on Burger & Lobster’s hero ingredients – family-farmed Nebraskan beef and wild-caught Atlantic lobster – with a touch of Whyte Rushen magic!
Drawing on influence from his Michelin starred background and playing on nostalgic inspirations from his childhood memories, expect four cleverly crafted dishes, secret menu items served alongside banging tunes from a live DJ set and all-round good vibes.
Each ticket includes a four-course menu and a complimentary cocktail staring Las Olas – a uniquely bold and authentic premium spiced rum, inspired by the distilleries of Barbados and Jamaica. Celebrated by some of London’s biggest talents, Stormzy and Idris Elba, Las Olas is one of the first black-owned, luxury, independent rum brands to bring a taste of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora to the streets of the UK. Expect vanilla, gold cherry and roasted coffee beans to create a smooth yet fresh finish.
